Some hackers will play with just ESP, and many cheat software offer adjustable reduced recoil for those who want to look "legit". In-game, I always adjusted my cheat's configurations to look as legit as possible. Every weekly Rust update meant the possibility of a detection. I played with a group of people who did not know I hacked. I've always played scared: EAC sometimes has different update times than Rust (weekly Thursday back when I played), but with every Rust update cheats would need to be updated.People will suck up to the max to developers to get an invite. Why? Hack developers want to ensure that EAC does not get a copy on their software. This means you usually need to have an invite or connections to even get access to the cheating software/communities. The Rust Hacking "Communities": Undetected Rust cheats are "private cheats".Even the private cheats get hit with detections. All public cheats are 100% detected, all the time, because EAC not only constantly patches exploits but routinely searches for any cheating software they can get their hands on to patch. As false as it may sound, it is pretty hard to get your hands on truly undetectable Rust cheats. Easy Anti Cheat is VERY good at its job: People whale on EAC a lot, but there aren't really any alternatives that are definitively better. With the hacking issue a topic of hot debate, I wanted to give some insight on it from the "inside": As the title suggestions, I used cheats on rust for quite a bit, but I have hacker in quotes because the true hackers are the developers of the software that I used.
